14-day money-back guarantee

LNKIO, operated by MENURIO SINGLE MEMBER P.C., provides a fully digital subscription service that is delivered electronically and activated immediately after successful payment. Because the service is made available to you instantly, you expressly waive the standard 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to distance contracts for digital content once delivery has begun.

Despite this waiver, we voluntarily offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you can request a full refund of your initial subscription payment within 14 days of the order date, regardless of usage.

Eligibility

The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to the initial purchase of a paid subscription. Subsequent automatic renewals (monthly or yearly), upgrades and add-on charges are not eligible for the 14-day guarantee. For renewal charges, please cancel before the next billing date to avoid being charged.

How to request a refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window, contact our support team at support@lnkio.app from the email address used at checkout, including your order reference. We will review and process eligible requests within a few business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take up to 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. Cancelling a subscription outside the 14-day window does not by itself trigger a refund of charges already paid for the current period.
